In the mood for something laidback and also delicious? Follow the signs to Australia’s wine capital, the Barossa Valley in South Australia for some wine time. Or take advantage of local boat hire and spend time on the water, letting the surrounding scenery work its magic. Various walking tracks will take you to waterfalls and other natural beauty spots, then head back to the park — its comfortable cabins make a very welcoming home base.
